Mataram, May 3, 2025<\/span><\/strong> – Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program of FKIP, University of Mataram held <\/span>Reference Management Training <\/span>on Saturday, May 3, 2025. The activity which took place from 09.00 to 12.00 WITA was attended by more than 80 students who were currently working on their thesis. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

This training aims to equip students with the skills to use the Mendeley <\/i>application for reference management in writing scientific papers. Activities are carried out online through the Zoom<\/i> platform so that all students can take part in the training from their respective locations. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Two resource persons were presented in this activity, namely <\/span>January Rizki Pratama, M.Hum. <\/span>and <\/span>Marlinda Ramdhani, M.Pd. who each presented material related to the use of Mendeley<\/i> features, data<\/i> management <\/span> <\/i>base<\/span><\/i> references, automatic citation techniques in accordance with academic writing standards, and assistance in using the application.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The Head of Study Program, Dr. Saharudin, S.S., M.A. expressed his appreciation for the enthusiasm of students in participating in this activity. \u201cWe hope that this training can help students in completing their theses more effectively and according to academic rules, the hope is that the plagiarism rate of students in the future can also be below 25%,\u201d he said. <\/span>u<\/span>ai the rules of the study program,” he said.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
