Mataram — The Coordinators and Secretaries of the Undergraduate (S1) and Magister (S2) English Education Study Programs at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), University of Mataram, presented the 2026 Annual Work Program (AWP) and the 2027 Work Plan during the Annual Work Meeting (AWM), held from Friday to Saturday, December 12–13, 2025, at Hotel Merumatta Senggigi, Lombok.Mataram — Koordinator dan Sekretaris Program Studi S1 dan S2 Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) Universitas Mataram mempresentasikan Program Kerja (Proker) Tahun Anggaran 2026 serta Rencana Kerja Tahun 2027 dalam kegiatan Rapat Kerja Tahunan (RKT) yang dilaksanakan pada Jumat hingga Sabtu, 12–13 Desember 2025, bertempat di Hotel Merumatta Senggigi, Lombok.

The event, attended by all leaders within the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) at the University of Mataram, served as a strategic forum for planning annual work programs based on the needs of each study program. The meeting began with participant check-in at 1:00 PM WITA, followed by a series of agenda discussions on the proposed work programs.

The AWM served as a platform for study programs to propose various priority programs to the faculty, following prior input gathered from lecturers at the study program level. This process ensures that each proposed program reflects actual needs and supports a measurable and participatory direction for academic development.

In the forum, the study program–based approach to work plan development provided greater flexibility for each program to determine its activities as well as the corresponding budget allocation. The proposed programs were aligned with the five main pillars of education at the University of Mataram, namely education, research, community service, governance, and collaboration.

In addition, each proposed program was aligned with the minimum standard indicators within the quality assurance system and directed to support the study programs’ international accreditation requirements. This reflects FKIP University of Mataram’s commitment to enhancing educational quality and global competitiveness.

Through this activity, it is expected that a more focused, participatory, and quality-oriented program planning process will be achieved, fostering continuous improvement within the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) at the University of Mataram.
