Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program Profile<\/h1>\n

The Bachelor\u2019s Degree Program in Elementary School Teacher Education at Universitas Mataram, established on April 2, 2007, is a four-year full-time program offering 150 SCU (210 ECTS) in Elementary Education. With an annual intake of 300 students, the program is accredited nationally with an “Excellent” rating by LAMDIK, and it admits high school graduates through a selection process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

General Description<\/h2>\n

Graduates of the Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD) Study Program are prepared to become professional and character-driven elementary school educators with the ability to plan, implement, evaluate, and develop learning based on scientific knowledge and innovation to enhance educational quality. In addition, graduates are equipped with competencies as novice researchers who are able to identify and solve learning problems and produce tested learning innovations in elementary education. The study program also prepares graduates as education practitioners capable of managing learning processes, conducting extracurricular guidance, designing and implementing learning evaluations, and developing contextual and innovative learning media and resources. Furthermore, graduates are fostered with an edupreneurial mindset, enabling them to design and develop educational products and services creatively and sustainably, grounded in local wisdom and oriented toward international competitiveness.<\/p>\n

  3. Disseminating research results through community service activities that contribute to solving elementary education problems and are published in scientific journals and similar outlets;<\/li>\n
  4. Supporting the implementation of the tridharma of higher education, particularly in the areas of collaboration and governance systems of elementary education that meet national and international quality standards;<\/li>\n
  5. Producing elementary education\u2013based research characterized by local wisdom and integrated into PGSD education and learning processes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
