Mataram, May 25, 2024 – Have you ever dreamed of becoming a NTB Language Ambassador and bringing the name of your beloved province to the national arena? Well, that dream came true for Pebriani Rahmania and Wage Fachri Jumaditwo cool students from the English Education Study Program at FKIP, University of Mataram!
At the NTB 2024 Language Ambassador Selection event, they shone brightly, beating 130 other participants and achieving brilliant achievements! Pebriani won 1st place as the NTB Female Language Ambassador, while Wage took home the title of 3rd place as the NTB Male Language Ambassador.
Their journey to the top was not easy. They went through various obstacles, from strict selection, to work program presentations, UKBI tests, and interest and talent performances, with enthusiasm and determination.

"I am so happy and proud!" exclaimed Pebriani with a triumphant smile. "My struggle has paid off with this title. I am ready to work together with my friends from the NTB Language Ambassador Association and the NTB Language Office to prepare myself at the national level!"
Wage is no less inspiring. "Regardless of whether I win or not, I found many valuable things here, especially about my own potential," he said. "Don't be afraid to try! Increase your curiosity and don't let your insecurities hold you back. Remember, there is no such thing as too high expectations, only struggles that are still not maximized."
