Mataram, December 8, 2023 – The Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) University of Mataram (Unram) held a Student Creativity Week (PKM) Celebration Talkshow Friday (8/12/2023) to provide a basic understanding for FKIP students in preparing proposals for This creativity week is in preparation for participating in student creativity week at the national level in 2024.
The PKM discussion show is one of many events planned for PKM 2023. A forum for the development of talent and interests in the fields of research and scientific studies is thus provided by the Ministry of Reasoning, the Student Executive Board at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) at the University of Mataram, and the Student Creativity Week Strengthening Team from FKIP. Vice Dean for Student and Alumnus Affairs at FKIP Unram, Mr. Dr. Muh. Makhrus, M.Pd., directed the program. The PKM Gebyar Talkshow featured several individuals with expertise in its affairs, including Mrs. Prof. Dra. Susilawati, M.Sc., Ph.D., who discussed PKM RSH (Social Humanities Research field); Drs. Jeckson Siahaan, M.Pd., discussed PKM K (entrepreneurship field), and Mrs. Anindita Suliya Hangesti Mandra Kusuma, M.Pd., discussed PKM PM (community service field) with Mr. Bagdawansyah Alqadri, S.Pd., M.Pd. served as moderator. Participants in the 2023 Student Creativity Week (PKM) competition and several Faculty of Teacher Training and Education students attended the talk show.
This activity started at 09.00 WITA with remarks from the Dean of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at Mataram University, Dr. Zulkifli, M.Sc., Ph.D., as well as the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Alumni, Mr. Dr. Muh. Makhrus, M.Pd., and Drs. The Chair of the Student Executive Board at Mataram University, Ledang Surya Putra, also gave remarks to officially start the event.
Following the Talkshow, the PKM Proposal Development competition will be part of the 2023 Student Creativity Week competition. This will occur online and offline on December 11–14, 2023, with resource people and Talkshow moderators as supervisors and judges. Nine PKM K teams, five PKM PM teams, and five PKM RSH teams were among the 19 Mataram University FKIP students. These groups will get mentoring until they can submit proposals prepared for uploading to Belmawa. The four judges will recognize the winner from each PKM field type at the faculty level, and the announcement will be made on Friday, December 15, 2023.
This year’s PKM Proposal Development is expected to help FKIP students maximize preparations for the 2024 PKM so that they can make maximum use of the University of Mataram’s PKM proposal quota in the Ministry of Research and Technology’s annual event, namely the National Scientific Week (PIMNAS).
