Dean of FKIP: Success in Your Own Hands

In his remarks, the Dean of FKIP Universitas Mataram, Drs. Lalu Zulkifli, M.Si., Ph.D., emphasized the importance of maintaining personal integrity during the program in the field. "Keep the good name of yourself and the institution. Be yourself, but still control yourself in all situations," said Drs. Zulkifli. He also emphasized that every student's success is in their own hands. "Don't spend time taking care of others, focus on developing yourself. Your success depends on how you go through each process," he added. In addition, the Dean of FKIP warned that any student who is not serious in carrying out tasks in the field will receive consequences through strict evaluation at the end of the activity. "Do all the processes well, and hopefully everyone will graduate with satisfactory results," he concluded.

Student Readiness to Be Part of Education and the World of Work

Armed with the material provided during the briefing, the FKIP Unram students are expected to carry out their roles in schools and related institutions with high professionalism. This program not only brings students closer to the world of work, but also makes a real contribution to the development of education in West Nusa Tenggara. PLP, teaching assistance, and independent internships, which are part of the Independent MBKM Program, aim to prepare students to become prospective educators and workers who are competent, creative, and adaptive in facing the challenges of the changing world of work. Students are expected to have a positive impact not only on themselves but also on the environment in which they take part.
