Mataram – University of Mataram (Unram) held a Coordination Meeting for the Preparation of Competency Test for Teacher Professional Education (UKPPPG) for Specified Teachers Wave III in 2024 on November 14, 2024 at Lombok Garden Hotel, Mataram City. This meeting gathered the committee, pamong teachers, lecturers, and PPG admin to ensure the readiness and smooth implementation of UKPPPG according to predetermined procedures, as part of dedication and service to the world of education.
In his remarks, the Head of the Unram Professional Teacher Education (PPG) Program expressed his hope that the UKPPPG affirmation would run smoothly and remain consistent with the implementation standards that had previously been applied. “The technical implementation is still the same, and we hope that everything can be carried out as part of our dedication. There are not many new things that I need to convey, because most of them have been implemented in the previous stage,” he said.
The Vice Dean I of FKIP Unram also gave a speech to motivate the entire team amidst the busy end of the year. He emphasized the importance of consistency in running this program to provide maximum benefits, both in terms of achievement and welfare for all parties involved. "After the previous briefing, today we focus on coordinating the implementation of UKPPPG. Hopefully it will be a field of charity for all of us. Give your best, work seriously, and intend it for worship," he said before officially opening the coordination meeting.
In the exposure session, the coordination discussion included some technical inputs from the committee, pamong teachers, lecturers, and admins. One of the main topics was improving the quality of video uploads as part of the assessment process. Participants suggested that video quality and accessibility should be considered, so that all parties assessing can do so without problems. In addition, it was suggested that the assessment be conducted with active coordination between examiners, so that the process is more efficient and transparent. With the spirit of collaboration and high commitment, all teams present at this meeting promised to give their best efforts in the implementation of UKPPPG Wave III, making it a tangible manifestation of dedication to the world of education and community service.(thor)
