Mataram – The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) University of Mataram held an Alumni Meeting on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, in the Session Room 2 of FKIP University of Mataram. The event was attended by alumni representatives from various generations and became an important moment to determine the Chairperson of the FKIP Alumni Association (IKA) for the period 2024-2029.
The deliberation was led directly by the Chairperson of IKA FKIP for the 2019-2024 period, Adi Pranajaya, with directions and remarks from the Dean of FKIP University of Mataram, Drs. Lalu Zulkifli, M.Si., Ph.D. In his remarks, the Dean of FKIP emphasized the importance of synergy between alumni and alma mater. “FKIP University of Mataram really appreciates the contribution of alumni in supporting faculty programs. Through IKA, we can build stronger collaboration for the advancement of education and faculty development in the future,” said Drs. Lalu Zulkifli. The main agenda of the deliberation was the election of the Chairperson of IKA FKIP University of Mataram for the period 2024-2029. After discussion and consensus, Dr. H. Aidy Furqan, S.Pd., M.Pd., was elected as the new Chairman of IKA.
