Mataram, May 7, 2025 — The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) at the University of Mataram held a Coordination Meeting for Departments and Study Programs at the FKIP Building A Hall. This gathering served as an important moment to strengthen connections among faculty leaders, conduct a formal handover of duties between outgoing and incoming department and program heads, and sign the Integrity Pact and Performance Contracts.

The event opened with remarks from the Chair of the FKIP Senate, Prof. Drs. Mahyuni, MA., Ph.D., who emphasized that leadership is a trust and a form of service that must be carried out with sincerity.

“A leadership role is an opportunity to serve. Helping and supporting one another is a form of worship,” he said. He also highlighted the importance of sincerity, patience, and a spirit of collaboration in strengthening the institution. “I’m proud and grateful to everyone who is willing to dedicate themselves. Let’s share what we can and work together.”

FKIP Dean, Drs. Lalu Zulkifli, M.Si., Ph.D., also extended his appreciation to the outgoing officials and congratulated those continuing or taking on new roles. He stressed the importance of continuity and collaboration in moving the faculty forward.

“Alhamdulillah, we are all gathered here today. Our outgoing officials have given so much, and to those stepping in, I hope you’ll remain open to feedback from colleagues and senior faculty. Let’s build on what’s working and improve what isn’t,” said the Dean. He also reminded everyone that real solutions come through earnest effort and shared prayers.
