Khusnul Khotimah, S.Pd., M.Pd.
Dr. Khusnul Khotimah, S.Pd., M.Pd. is an Assistant Professor and faculty member of the English Education Department at Universitas Mataram, Indonesia. She holds a doctoral degree in English Language Education from Universitas Negeri Malang, where she also earned her master’s degree. Her academic interests include teacher and learner autonomy, language learning motivation and engagement, ICT in language education, assessment, English language teaching methodology, and teacher professional development.
With extensive experience in teacher education, she contributes to preparing pre-service teachers through coursework, practicum supervision, and academic mentoring. She is also actively involved in professional development and community engagement, serving as a speaker, trainer, and facilitator in educational and personal development programs for teachers, parents, women, youth, and community groups.
She has contributed to academic publications, book chapters, and textbooks and serves as a reviewer for national and international journals. Beyond her academic responsibilities, she remains actively engaged in creating meaningful opportunities for learning, reflection, and personal growth across different communities. Her work is grounded in a belief that education can empower individuals, strengthen communities, and inspire people to continue learning and growing.
