
La Ode Alfin Haris Munandar, S.Pd., M.Pd.
La Ode Alfin Hris Munandar, M.Pd., is a lecturer in the Department of English Education within the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at Universitas Mataram. He holds a master’s degree from the English Education Graduate Program at the same university. Prior to joining Universitas Mataram, he actively participated as a member of the Association of Indonesian Tours and Travels Agencies (ASITA). Through his experience in the field of tours and travel, he has developed a strong research interest in Tourism Discourse, Culture, Identity, and Intercultural Communication. Currently, as a lecturer in the Department of English Education, La Ode Alfin teaches courses including Academic Vocabulary and Corpus in the Department of English Education, as well as English for Specific Purposes (ESP) in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Faculty of Law, and Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. His teaching seamlessly integrates with his research pursuits, which encompass areas such as Classroom Discourse, Student and Teacher Identity, Professional Development, and the Analysis and Development of Textbooks. Beyond the classroom, La Ode Alfin actively contributes to academic conferences and workshops, and collaborating with fellow lecturers to advance the field of education and promote interdisciplinary research.
