Dr. Muhammad Amin, S.Pd, M.TESOL NIP 197008292006041002 NIDN 29087005 earned his Bachelor’s degree in English Language Teaching from IKIP Mataram (now Universitas Pendidikan Mataram-UNDIKMA). His Master of Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (M.TESOL) was obtained from The University of Melbourne (Victoria, Australia) whereas his Doktor (DR) was from Universitas Negeri Malang with a dissertation on Teacher Professional Development.

In 2007 he completed a six-month ESOL ICELT (English to Speakers of Other Languages In-service Certificate in English Language Teaching) training organized by the University of Cambridge and  IALF Bali and worked for three years until 2010 as one of the teacher trainers dan teacher mentors, not only for NTB province but also South  Sulawesi and East Java. In 2012 he also joined training to become an IELTS test preparation tutor dan trainer and ever since has become an IELTS instructor for the  ELTA (English Language Training Assistance) program, a language upgrading program organized and funded by Australian government.

His research interests include teacher professional development, curriculum development, and foreign language learning strategies. He has given presentations in many national and international seminars and conferences and quite many of his works have been published in both national and international journal publications
