Dr. Santi Farmasari, M.Ed.TESOL is an associate professor at the English Education Department of University of Mataram. She obtained her bachelor degree at University of Mataram, Master degree at Monash University, Australia and Doctorate degree from Queensland University of Technology, Australia. She has been teaching at the English Education Department since January 2005. Her teaching and research interests include teacher agency in EFL assessment practices, English for Young Learners, teacher education, and innovative language pedagogy. Her recent work explores teacher agency in assessment practices and context-responsive approaches to English language teaching. Her work is driven by a commitment to strengthening teacher professionalism and developing meaningful, sustainable, and locally responsive innovations in English language education.
